Switching from Conductor

Switching from Conductor? SKI is the neutral harness.

Keep the agents you already use, running in parallel on your Mac, each chat in its own git worktree. Everything you type is free forever. And when you want, talk to your agents and hear them talk back.

  • No card needed
  • Your own agent accounts
  • Code stays on your Mac

On 4 November 2026, Conductor announced it is joining Meta. Per its announcement, Conductor Cloud shuts down on 20 November, and the Mac app gets new models and critical fixes until early 2027. Conductor's announcement · TechCrunch

What carries over

Same workflow. Nothing to relearn.

If you ran agents side by side in Conductor, you already know how SKI works: one task, one chat, one isolated copy of the code, then review and ship.

Parallel agents

Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, Antigravity and pi side by side, each on its own task.

A worktree per chat

Every chat gets its own branch and worktree, so agents never step on each other.

Live diffs

Watch the diff as it happens, file by file, before anything ships.

Pull requests

From branch to pull request, built in. In SKI you can just say "open the PR".

Side by side

SKI and Conductor, compared.

Conductor's column only uses what Conductor publishes itself. Where it lists nothing, we say so instead of guessing.

What you get on top

Everything you had, and a harness you can talk to.

Five agents, one pair of eyes. SKI lets you hear what they did instead of reading every line, and tells you the moment one needs you.

Voice loop
Talk to your agents. Hear them talk back.

Ask for a change, hear what happened, answer the next question, without going back to the keyboard. Speak the language you think in, or mix two.

Chains
One command, a chain of agents.

Say who does what. One agent plans, SKI hands its work to the next, and you hear when the whole chain is done.

The Hub
One answer across all your projects.

SKI keeps the context of every project, branch and chat. Ask where things stand, get one spoken answer, then let it hand each job to the right agent.

Safe by construction
What you meant is what runs.

SKI rebuilds the instruction from your project, shows you the interpretation before the agent sees it, and asks first before anything irreversible.

Switch in 3 steps

Up and running in minutes.

Point SKI at the projects you already work on. Your Claude Code, Codex and other agent accounts work as they are.

  3. 03
    Start a chat per task

Each chat gets its own branch and worktree. Type, or just say what you want, and hear the moment an agent needs you.

Before you go: Conductor says you can export your data from Settings → Account → Export data, and move a Cloud workspace to your Mac with "Transfer to local" before Cloud goes read-only on 13 November. Conductor's announcement

Switching FAQ
Is SKI free?

Yes. Everything you do by typing is unlimited and free forever: text chats with every agent, every project, git and the Hub. Voice is free too, up to 300 credits a month with 2 voice sessions at once. Pro is $20 a month for 12 sessions and 2000 credits. See pricing

Will my agents and accounts work?

Yes. SKI runs Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, Antigravity and pi on your own agent accounts, the ones you already pay for. Pick the engine per task.

Is my code sent anywhere?

Your projects, code and chats stay on your Mac, and your agents run on your own accounts. Your voice goes through the cloud to be understood and answered. It isn't stored.

Is SKI tied to a model company?

No. SKI is neutral: it isn't tied to any model company, so it can send each job to whichever engine fits. When the leaderboard changes, your workflow stays.

Is there a Windows or Linux version?

Not yet. SKI is on the Mac today. Join the waiting list and we'll write to you when it's out.
