Terms of service
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Nexbillion Labs Private Limited, Anpamattathil Building, Kolenchery PO, Ernakulam 683562, Kerala, India ("we", "us"), about using SKI — the Mac app, its voice and the justski.it services. By creating an account or using SKI you accept them. Contact: [email protected].
1. What SKI is
SKI is a voice assistant for your coding agents. You talk to SKI; it talks to the coding agents on your Mac (such as Claude Code or Codex) and tells you what they did. SKI's voice and some helpers run on our servers and use credits. The coding agents run on your own accounts with their providers, under their terms — we don't provide them and aren't responsible for them.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Sign in with Google or an email link. Keep access to that account safe: what happens under your account is your responsibility.
- One person per account. Don't share or sell accounts.
- You can delete your account any time (SKI → Settings → Account).
3. Credits, plans and payments
- Prices, plans and credit rules are in the app (SKI → Settings → Account), shown before you pay. Prices are in US dollars, plus tax where it applies.
- Credits are a prepaid way to use SKI. They are not money: they have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and expire as shown (free credits monthly, Pro credits after 3 months, top-ups after 12 months).
- Pro is a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel. Cancel any time in the app: no further payments, and Pro lasts until the end of the month you paid for.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our reseller (merchant of record); its terms apply to the payment itself.
- Refunds: see our refund policy.
- We may change prices or credit rules. Changes apply from your next purchase or renewal, and we'll tell you in the app or by email before a change to a plan you pay for.
4. Using SKI fairly
Don't:
- use SKI for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive;
- try to get around credits, limits or security, or use SKI's servers or voice outside the SKI app;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service;
- overload or disrupt the service.
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close an account without a breach on your part, we'll refund unused paid credits.
5. Your work and AI output
- Your code, projects and chats are yours. SKI keeps them on your Mac.
- SKI and the coding agents use AI. Their answers and changes can be wrong. Coding agents can change files and run commands on your Mac when you ask them to — review what they do, keep backups and use version control. You're responsible for what you run and ship.
- How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.
6. The service
We work to keep SKI running, but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. The app updates itself; old versions may stop working with our servers.
7. Liability
SKI is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows:
- we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost data, profits or work), or for what coding agents or AI output do;
- our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
8. Ending
You can stop using SKI and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms or the service with reasonable notice, or immediately for a serious breach.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ernakulam, Kerala have jurisdiction. Please email us first — most things can be sorted out quickly.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Using SKI after that means you accept the new terms.
